Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area - Alliance for Watershed Education of the Delaware River

Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area

Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area encompasses the Schuylkill River watershed through five counties, and seeks to connect people to the river, its heritage, and the Schuylkill River Trail, which will one day stretch the entire length of the 130-mile river. Visitors experience the remarkable diversity of historic, recreational and cultural attractions from urban Philadelphia through Berks, Montgomery, Chester and Schuylkill Counties.

This center also offers an Interactive Heritage Area Map, a “Plan Your Trip” feature for Schuylkill River Trailheads, a shop, multiple trail maps, and a Junior Ranger Program.
