Joint Naval Symposium

Working with the Navy District Washington, the Society is pleased to announce that a Joint Naval Symposium will be held on November 9, 2021 at the Navy Yard.
This will be an education symposium, both in person and virtually, where we talk about the contribution each of our naval forces has played in the transportation of the Unknown Soldiers to the United States, and conclude with remembering the exact hour that the World War I Unknown Solider arrived home in 1921.
Each of the ships and Marine detachments will be explored by historians and authors, allowing for Q&A.
