Stream Stewards Spring Watershed Cleanup - Alliance for Watershed Education of the Delaware River

Stream Stewards Spring Watershed Cleanup

Saturday, October 1st

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Join Heritage Conservancy and partners The Nature Conservancy and Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to help clean Bristol Marsh, an important freshwater tidal marsh, in honor of National Public Lands Day. Volunteers can choose to join crews removing trash from the marsh banks and trails, or join DCNR guides with kayaks for a cleanup of the river and marsh. The more trash we collect, the less trash will get washed into our waterways!

No experience is necessary and supplies will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own kayaks.

Volunteers must pre-register online at https://heritageconservancy.org/our-events/river-days-cleanup-september-2022/. This event is free of charge and limited to the first 50 participants.

For questions or more information, please email Melissa Lee at mlee@heritageconservancy.org.

This event is sponsored by MOM’s Organic Market.
